Tailor Made Café started with a simple idea: a neighbourhood spot run by someone who actually cooks. No franchise playbook, no freezer-to-fryer shortcuts — just a chef in the kitchen and a short menu done well.

Tucked into Unit 104 on Yonge just south of St Clair, it has become a weekday ritual for the people who work and live nearby — the kind of room where the cook knows your coffee and the eggs come out exactly the way you like them.

How the morning runs.

    Made when you order

    Eggs, hashes and bowls go on the pass once you've ordered — never sitting under a lamp waiting for you.

    Bread & bakes from scratch

    Sandwiches are built on good loaves, and the muffins, scones and pastries are baked in-house through the morning.

    Coffee, properly pulled

    Espresso, flat whites and drip — dialled in by hand, served alongside whatever just came out of the oven.
